Data Deletion Instructions – Screen Pulse | Last updated: 29-09-2026

Screen Pulse lets restaurants connect their own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account to use our SP Reputation, SP Engage, Social Posts, and AI Menu Studio features. This page explains how to delete the data we obtain from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), your AI Menu Studio and AI assistant connector data, and your Screen Pulse account.

Option 1 — Disconnect in Screen Pulse (fastest)

1. Log in to Screen Pulse and open SP Reputation → Connections.
2. Find the Facebook or Instagram connection and click Disconnect.
3. This immediately revokes the stored access token and deletes the data we hold for that connection (including synced reviews and tokens).

Option 2 — Remove access from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Select Screen Pulse Reputation and choose Remove.

Option 3 — Request full deletion by email

Email info@screenpulse.online from the address on your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include your account email and, if possible, the connected Page name. We will delete the data we obtained from Meta and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Reviews, ratings, comments, and Page/Instagram data synced from Meta; access tokens; and any content we generated from that data for your account. We may retain limited records only where required by law.

AI Menu Studio and AI assistant data

The steps above cover data from Meta. For AI Menu Studio and AI assistant connectors (Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini):

Disconnect an AI assistant

1. Log in to Screen Pulse and open Platform Connections → AI Assistants.
2. Click Disconnect next to the assistant. Its access is revoked immediately.
3. Changing or resetting your Screen Pulse password also disconnects every AI assistant.

Delete AI menus

Deleting a menu in AI Menu Studio removes the menu, its versions, and its animated videos. To delete the logos and photos you uploaded, or all of your AI Menu Studio data at once, use the email request below.

Images sent from AI assistant chats

Images you ask an assistant to show on your screens are deleted automatically: after 7 days if they were never shown on a screen, and 60 days after they stop being used. To remove them sooner, use the email request below.

Data held by the AI assistant

Anything Screen Pulse showed you inside an assistant chat is also held by that assistant's provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). Delete those chats in the assistant, under the provider's own privacy policy.

What we keep

Approval records and the log of actions requested by AI assistants are kept for 400 days for security and billing disputes, and then deleted. We may also retain limited records where required by law.

Delete your Screen Pulse account

Email info@screenpulse.online from the address on your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will close your account and delete its data, including AI menus, uploaded files, and all connections, and confirm within 30 days, except for the records described under “What we keep”.
